Tracks
Phase 4.5 is organized into four tracks covering behavioral fingerprinting, drift detection, directive regression testing, and exit gate verification.
Phase 4.5 — Tracks
Phase 4.5 delivers the intelligence layer — behavioral fingerprinting, drift detection, and directive regression testing — across four tracks.
Track A — Behavioral Fingerprinting
Feature extraction pipeline, fingerprint schema, and trigger/scheduling for computing behavioral baselines per agent. Statistical feature choices are a starting preference and may be revised after calibration research.
Preferred sequencing within track: 4.5.A.1 → 4.5.A.2 → 4.5.A.3
Milestones:
- 4.5.A.1 — Feature Extraction Pipeline
- 4.5.A.2 — Fingerprint Schema & Migration
- 4.5.A.3 — Fingerprint Trigger & Scheduling
Track B — Drift Detection
Distribution-aware drift testing, threshold calibration, severity aggregation, and staged action policies. Thresholds are config-driven and expected to be revisited as production evidence accumulates.
Preferred sequencing within track: 4.5.B.1 → 4.5.B.2 → 4.5.B.3
Milestones:
- 4.5.B.1 — Distribution-Aware Drift Tests
- 4.5.B.2 — Threshold Calibration
- 4.5.B.3 — Severity Aggregation & Action Policy
Track C — Directive Regression Testing
Scenario management, async regression runner, promotion gate with gradual rollout, and dashboard integration. Judge modes and rollout percentages are planning defaults.
Preferred sequencing within track: 4.5.C.1 → 4.5.C.2 → 4.5.C.3 → 4.5.C.4
Milestones:
- 4.5.C.1 — Scenario Management & Versioning
- 4.5.C.2 — Regression Runner Service
- 4.5.C.3 — Promotion Gate & Gradual Rollout
- 4.5.C.4 — Dashboard Integration
Track D — Exit Gate
Cross-track integration testing, E2E Playwright coverage, benchmark sign-off, and the Phase 4.5 gap register.
Preferred sequencing within track: 4.5.D.1 → 4.5.D.2 → 4.5.D.3 → 4.5.D.4
Milestones:
